Sandbar Wildlife Management Area and Sandbar State Park
Located on Route 2 at the southern end of the Islands, the sandbar is one of the few places to offer a gorgeous view of both the sunrise and the sunset. The nearby pull-off is an ideal spot to park your car and simply watch the sun set which also features a memorial to all who lost their lives during the attacks on September 11, 2001.

Dillenbeck Bay Access Area

Stoney Point Access Area

One of the highest points on the Islands, a drive along Sunset View (going west, of course) is a perfect way to watch the sun sink over the horizon.
